  I’ve ordered delivery from here many times and never had a problem. However, the past three times my order was incorrect. This last time, I was missing French fries and mozzarella sticks, which was especially frustrating because my family had just gotten home from football practice and was looking forward to dinner. So, I called to complain about the missing items and was put on the phone with the assistant manager. As I explained what happened, he half-listened to my story while condescendingly calling me “sweetheart” multiple times. He then put me on hold to go speak to his manager. After five minutes of waiting, the assistant manager got back on the line and told me that he could correct my order and have the rest of the food delivered in 45 minutes. He then said he would have to charge me for the missing items because he “wasn’t sure they were the ones who messed up the order.” I am certainly not opposed to paying for what I order… But by telling me he “wasn’t sure they were the ones who messed up” he was implying… what? That my complaint was really just an elaborate lie I concocted to try to score free fries and mozzarella sticks? I am completely disgusted with the way this was handled and will never order from here again. I hope the owner knows this is how management treats repeat customers.
