  I went to this place with high expectations. I made payments on time, as I was suppose to. I had a conversation with one of the reps, the next few months I found out they put the furniture back on display and gave me a credit of all the money, without my permission or say so. I had no knowledge this had been done until I called. I have yet to have this situation resolved...

  They are the worst. Got a bedroom set for my daughter they tell me it’s a new mattress. Come to find out the mattress and box spring wasn’t new and I was paying for new mattresses and ended up with bed bugs then they try to say it wasn’t them. We didn’t have furniture in the house because we just moved from NJ only had my bedroom set and my daughters bedroom set from Aaron’s. My daughters room was the only place the bugs were at. They tried to say maybe my daughter brought them home blaming everyone but them. My daughter spent most of her time when she wasn’t sleeping or in school either in my room or the living room and the bugs were never seen anywhere but her bedroom. When I picked up her mattress seen bugs all on the mattress and box spring threw it out they had to bring new mattresses and they was still harassing for a payment and I had yet to receive the new items. I would never shop here or reccommend anyone to shop here. Worst experience ever!
