  When my Eugenia gown came in(style 4031, Eliana) it was so gorgeous but when I tried it on I noticed that there was a pull in the lace right in the center of the back. When the consultant called the designer, they were very adamant that it had not been damaged when it left their factory but they did offer to get the dress back and try to repair it. I wasn't sure how they were going to do that but somehow they did. Also, since my wedding was fast approaching, they even did the few alterations I needed as well. When I got the dress back it fit perfectly and the pull was gone! Again, not sure how they did it...but the result was great:)
