  This lone star is not for the store itself but for the poor handling of business. I had a good evening with the hubby next door eating at hibachi grill. Needed to just go in for floss since I had something stuck between my teeth that a toothpick could not get out... It was 5 min before 9 and an employee was holding the door open and speaking with acquaintances. As my husband and I approached to go in, we were told that they were closing soon... But proceeded to have conversations with the two people right outside the door. Dollar tree, if you want your business to prosper, you do not need ignorant employees! I used to serve people as a nurse on the floor. If I were to turn down my patients' request for pain meds 5 minutes before my shift ended, how likely would I get to keep my job? I'm sure she didn't bother thinking about how her reaction to us coming in would play out. Maybe she had a bad day, but if your work involves interacting with people, be a little more conscientious or cognizant about how you treat them. Otherwise, please find another career. Btw, as we were driving out of the parking lot, I took a peek at your store and that same employee was still conversing at the door.
